Cornforth & Moore Property Management has been in business since 2000 providing complete management of rental homes in the Fresno County and surrounding areas.  We manage approximately 100 properties ranging from homes, townhouses and condos.  Our company is dedicated to making property management  worry free and rewarding for the owners, as well as making sure that each tenant is a good fit for any particular property.  Overall we take on the responsibility of dealing with tenants, vendors, contractors, neighbors, insurance adjusters, city, county and/or state or federal government officials or anyone else who might affect the day-to-day operation of your property.  We offer full leasing and management services with all fees bundled to save you time and money. 

This company was founded by Sandy Moore, a local Real Estate Broker for over 30 years. There are homes for sale, and homes for lease.  Her excellent reputation in residential sales has made Cornforth & Moore grow.  We can move your property from management into the sales side as market conditions improve.  If you are referred by your own Realtor, we respect that relationship and encourage your loyalty to your personal Realtor.

I highly recommend you purchase or renew your home warranty.   You may have only a few repairs, but one plumbing call can now run an upwards of $150.00 or more.  So, for $365.00 a year and a $75.00 service call fee, this is a great value.
